Association Between Microdeletion and Microduplication at 16p11.2 and Autism: New England Journal of Medicine, January 9th, 2008. This study examines the percentage of Autistic people they found a genetic abnormality on gene 16p11.2. Pretty neat.  *Subscription is now required to view this article.
